Why CartoMax
We’re not a big-box retailer or a franchise. CartoMax is a focused operation built around two things: premium vending machines and quality TCG product. Everything we publish is something we can actually stand behind.
Here’s what you can count on when you work with us.
✅ Confirmed. No fluff.
We only make claims we can back up. If a spec isn’t confirmed, we don’t list it. If a detail depends on your order, we tell you upfront. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to across every product page, every conversation, and every order.
🛡️ 1-Year Warranty
Every CartoMax vending machine comes with a 1-year warranty.
📍 Transparent Specs
Our machine listings include only verified specifications — tray count, screen size, power requirements, and what’s physically in the box. We don’t pad listings with unconfirmed features. If you need a spec that isn’t listed, ask us and we’ll find out.
🎨 Custom Graphic Design
Custom graphic design with your logo and business information is available according to the supplier offering. Specific branding requirements are confirmed during the quote process.
🙩 Shipping Intended to Be Included — ~40-Day Estimate
Shipping is intended to be included with every CartoMax vending machine, subject to destination confirmation. Estimated delivery is approximately 40 days from order confirmation. International orders are handled on a per-destination basis — electrical configuration and shipping details are confirmed before your order is processed.
🔒 Secure Checkout
All transactions on CartoMax are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout infrastructure. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our end.
💬 Direct Support
When you contact CartoMax, you’re talking to us directly — not a call centre, not a bot, not a ticketing queue that goes nowhere. We respond personally and we take follow-through seriously.
📝 Quote-Based Machine Sales
Every machine order starts with a quote conversation to confirm your delivery address, location type, customization preferences, and — for international buyers — your local electrical requirements. No surprises on a $4,500 or $6,500 purchase.
🌍 International Electrical Configuration
Our machines ship with a standard Canadian 110–120V plug as default. If you’re ordering from outside Canada, your country’s electrical standard will be confirmed at the quote stage before anything ships.
